Si organizas eventos y vendes entradas a través de tu sistema propio implementado por Muchticket, Muchticket ScanPoint es la forma más rápida, sencilla y segura de controlar el acceso a tu evento.
Muchticket ScanPoint utiliza la cámara de tu iPhone o iPod Touch para escanear los códigos QR de las entradas vendidas en tu portal. Escanea tanto el formato e-ticket, entrada en el móvil, como la entrada en papel.
Características:
- Descarga de listado de entradas vendidas de tu evento.
- Validación de tickets usando la cámara a modo de escáner. Simple.
- Contador de asistentes, actualizada en todo momento.
- Validación manual. Posibilidad de buscar al cliente. Muy útil cuando alguien olvida o pierde su ticket.
- Validación del evento con varios iPhone y iPod touch. ¡Todos a la vez! Crea varios puntos de accesos, para evitar largas colas en eventos con muchos asistentes.
- Detección de fraude. El sistema de seguridad evita que un ticket pueda ser utilizado dos veces. Muchticket ScanPoint se conecta en tiempo real a nuestros servidores y detecta posibles falsificaciones o duplicaciones de entradas.

Para que la lectura de los códigos QR sea más rápida es recomendable mantener el ticket estable y a unos 15 cm. de la cámara, intentando que el código QR esté situado en el centro de la pantalla.
Recuerda que Muchticket ScanPoint es una aplicación que utiliza la batería de tu Iphone/Ipod de manera muy intensa. Te recomendamos que el día del evento lleves tu dispositivo completamente cargado.
Una vez hayas publicado tu evento en tu portal, la validación con Muchticket ScanPoint se habilitará una semana antes del comienzo del mismo. Podrás configurar la validación en tu dispositivo iPhone o iPod Touch directamente desde el administrador de tu portal
