Wie funktioniert das 1822TAN+ Verfahren?
Wartet eine Online-Transaktion auf Freigabe, erhalten Sie über die 1822TAN+ App eine Push-Nachricht auf Ihr Smartphone. In der 1822TAN+ App können Sie den Auftrag dann bestätigen oder abbrechen.
Ihre Vorteile auf einen Blick:
✔ Bankgeschäfte noch einfacher, bequemer und schneller abwickeln
✔ Keine TAN-Listen oder TAN-Nummern per SMS mehr erforderlich
✔ Sie erhalten Transaktionsdaten via Push-Nachricht direkt auf Ihr Smartphone
✔ Durchführung von Transaktionen auf einem Endgerät (in Kombination mit der 1822direkt Banking App)
Wie wird das 1822TAN+ Verfahren aktiviert?
In Ihrem Kundenportal aktivieren Sie das 1822TAN+ Verfahren unter dem Menüpunkt "Einstellungen > TAN > TAN-Verfahren verwalten" kostenlos. Folgen Sie den Beschreibungen im Kundenportal und in Ihrer 1822TAN+ App um die Aktivierung abzuschließen.
Folgende Berechtigungen werden auf Ihrem Gerät benötigt:
- Zugriff auf die Kamera zum Scannen eines QR-Codes bei der Aktivierung des 1822TAN+ Verfahrens
- Erlaubnis der 1822TAN+ App Ihnen Push-Nachrichten auf Ihr Smartphone senden zu dürfen
Systemvoraussetzungen: Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir nur Geräte zu verwenden, zu denen vom Hersteller noch Sicherheitsupdates für das Betriebssystem zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Hinweis zu "Root": Die App wird nicht für Geräte mit Root-Zugriff / Manipulationssoftware angeboten. Aus unserer Sicht stellt die Nutzung von gerooteten Geräten ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar, das wir zu Ihrer Sicherheit bei Finanztransaktionen ausschließen wollen.
