Download CCB Connect App from Google Play Store Only. Do not use any other websites for downloading the App.
Registration process:
CCB Connect supports Android 7.0 and above. Please check the device OS version while downloading the App from Play Store.
1. Install/Update the latest version of CCB Connect from the Play Store and open the App.
2. Allow all required permissions when asked.
3. Select SIM of CBS Registered Mobile Number and follow the registration process.
4. The customer needs to send an encrypted SMS with a unique code when prompted to a pre-defined Number 9293292932 to verify the customer with the mobile number. Kindly note that sending the SMS from the device may attract SMS charges as applicable in the telecom plan. The SIM should have an active outgoing SMS facility.
5. The system will prompt for the customer number which is associated with the registered mobile number.
6. After validating the customer's phone number, the customer will receive an OTP on Registered Mobile Number, the user needs to input the OTP to complete the registration process. Thereafter a token number will be generated by the system and an SMS with a token number will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer.
6. The customer needs to visit the nearest branch with the token number for activating the mobile app.
CCB Connect Offerings:
An existing customer of The Contai Co-Operative Bank Ltd. with a savings/current account and with a registered mobile number can avail mobile banking facilities. The customer can view account transactions, download account statements and perform account-related activities. The customer can do the following types of transactions: Transfer to Self-Accounts, Transfer to other accounts, and Transfer to other Bank accounts using NEFT and RTGS.
IMPS, UPI payments are planned in the subsequent releases.
