Collection System
Collection System app can help you manage your Product Line, Collections, Users, and Customers seamlessly. In the case of companies with a significant volume of manual collection and summary formation on daily basis is difficult and time-consuming. It is therefore more effective and efficient to use this application. Users can view a summary of the collection in the amount on the basis of the Today, This Week, This Month, and Last Month and Charts dashboard. After that, Users can create a collection for customers by selecting them and then collecting payment from them and entering in the collection form, and printing a receipt of that collection. This app has an SMS feature to be sent at the time of collection entry to both customer and management personnel to avoid an opportunity of hiding cash. Users can view Customer Wise, Date Wise Report, User Wise Report, Branch-Wise Report, Payment Wise Report using Filters available in the Report menu and Export report in PDF format. This application has all features you want with report options.

This app contains various default and customized user Roles with built-in permissions to use specific features. Users after login add and view only respective transactions based on set criteria hence more security, accountability, and confidentiality. This product will add value to your business and let you work smarter way. This application has SMS notifications to customers also for each transaction.

It can easily maintain a maximum number of customers.
