Beschreibung
Preduvjet za korištenje FreshPay blagajničke aplikacije je A1 FreshPay licenca.
FreshPay blagajnu moguće je koristiti i uz vlastite uređaje (Android tablet ili smartphone) i postojeću internetsku vezu. Potreban Vam je samo mobilni pisač i u trenu, bez komplikacija, možete izdavati račune.
Kratki popis FreshPay funkcionalnosti:
• praćenja skladišta i zaliha robe
• uvoz robe te definiranje složenih proizvoda poput normativa za ugostiteljstvo ili kompleta proizvoda
• stavljanje mjesečne licence u sezonsko mirovanje (smanjena naknada za vrijeme mirovanja)
• dodavanje opisa uz artikl
• izmjena cijena i popusta po artiklu, korisniku, načinu plaćanja
• podrška za artikle oslobođene PDV-a (na računu možete ispisati osnovu temeljem koje se na artiklu ne obračunava PDV)
• izdavanje virmanskih računa sa svim nužnim podacima (datum valute, račun za uplatu, itd.)
• izrada računa po mjestima isporuke
• udaljeno praćenje poslovanja u realnom vremenu (možete pratiti izdane račune po svakoj blagajni u realnom vremenu)
• u slučaju prekida veze s Poreznom upravom, i dalje možete izdavati račune, a čim se ponovno uspostavi veza, ti će računi automatski biti poslani Poreznoj upravi
• mogućnost rada 48 sati bez Internet konekcije (zakonski propisani maksimum)
Dodatne mogućnosti:
• čarobnjak za unos – vođenje kroz osnovni unos podataka za početak rada i izdavanja računa
• testni mod aplikacije za trening prije korištenja blagajne
• Back Office - administrativno sučelje za blagajnu koje omogućava pristup prometu, izvještaju, artiklima te ostalim administrativnim informacijama koje se nalaze na blagajni. Sučelje također omogućava izvođenje administrativnih promjena, koje olakšavaju rad na blagajni.
