Descrizione
In de Meewind-app kunnen bestaande participanten hun beleggingen elke moment van de dag bekijken. Hiermee krijgen ze inzicht in de ontwikkelingen van hun belegd vermogen en hebben ze ook de mogelijkheid om bij te storten of te participeren in fondsen waarin nog niet belegd wordt.
Nieuwe participanten kunnen eenvoudig een account aanmaken via de app. Zodra alle gegevens correct ingevuld zijn kan er direct geparticipeerd worden in het fonds naar keuze.
Meewind
Via Meewind kunt beleggen in duurzame energie. Samen met duizenden investeerders beleggen we al sinds 2007 in duurzame projecten. Zo versnellen we de energiestransitie en gaan we voor harde meetbare resultaten. Wij investeren in groene en rendabele projecten, waarmee we waarde creëren voor onze beleggers en de wereld om ons heen.
Meewind beheert 2 fondsen waarin geïnvesteerd kan worden door nieuwe participanten, het Groenfonds Regionaal Duurzaam en het Energie Transititiefonds.
Groenfonds Regionaal Duurzaam investeert in lokale energieprojecten in Nederland. Nieuwe, duurzame én rendabele projecten die het fonds niet alleen financiert, maar ook daadwerkelijk helpt realiseren. Als participant in dit fonds van Meewind heeft u direct invloed op de duurzaamheid van Nederland. Uw belegging draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de productie van groene energie. Samen zorgen we voor de energie van morgen.
Het fonds belegt in nieuwe projecten, waarbij op uiteenlopende wijzen duurzame energie wordt opgewekt. Groenfonds Regionaal Duurzaam focust daarbij op windenergie op land, geothermische energie, bio-energie in de vorm van groen gas, warmte-koudeopslag en zonne-energie. Particuliere beleggers in Groenfonds Regionaal Duurzaam maken aanspraak op een belastingvoordeel voor groene beleggingen.
Beleggen in het Groenfonds Regionaal Duurzaam is mogelijk voor iedereen. Het fonds heeft een verwacht rendement van 3-4%
Het Energie Transitiefonds investeert in bedrijven en projecten die bijdragen aan de transitie naar een groene energievoorziening. Het fonds investeert onder andere in Energieconcurrent, houder van 70% van de aandelen van groene energieleverancier Greenchoice. Ook investeert het fonds in Greener, leverancier van mobiele batterijen.
Energie Transitiefonds investeert in groene energieprojecten door het verstrekken van leningen of het aankopen van aandelen. Daardoor rendeert de investering van het fonds. Hiermee kan dividend uitgekeerd worden aan de beleggers. Beleggers kunnen er ook voor kiezen om hun dividend verder te investeren in duurzame energie.
Beleggen in het Energie Transitiefonds is mogelijk voor iedereen. Het Energie Transitiefonds heeft een verwacht rendement van 6-7%
