Description
Uz standardnu prijavu 4-znamenkastim PIN-om, aplikacija podržava i prijavu otiskom prsta.
Uslugu je moguće ugovoriti osobnim dolaskom u bilo kojoj poslovnici IKB-a. Nakon ugovaranja usluge korisnik će putem SMS poruke ili e-maila zaprimiti aktivacijski ključ.
Unosom aktivacijskog ključa i odabira korisničkog PIN-a, aplikacija je spremna za rad.
Funkcionalnosti aplikacije mobilnog bankarstva:
* Stanja - pregled i praćenje stanja i prometa po svim računima, kreditima i štednji
* Plaćanja - kunska plaćanja, prijenosi između vlastitih računa unutar banke i kupoprodaja deviza
* Predlošci - kreiranje i mijenjanje predložaka za plaćanja. Korisnicima koji su istovremeno i korisnici usluge internet bankarstva IKB-a dostupni su svi predlošci kreirani u internet bankarstvu
* Nalozi - pregled naloga prema odabranom periodu, računu te statusu naloga. Moguće je poslati potvrdu o nalogu za plaćanje na e-mail.
* Kartice – pregled stanja i prometa po kreditnim karticama
* Slikaj i plati - putem ugrađene kamere mobilnog uređaja, skeniranjem bar koda s uplatnice, aplikacija će se pobrinuti da nalog za plaćanje bude ispravno popunjen. Nakon toga je dovoljno samo potvrditi plaćanje.
* Trend - organizirajte svoje financije - opcijom Trend moguće je pratiti osobnu potrošnju putem samostalno definiranih kategorija. Pri plaćanju s transakcijskog računa dovoljno je odabrati jednu od definiranih kategorija. Osobnu potrošnju moguće je pratiti na mjesečnoj, tromjesečnoj, polugodišnjoj i godišnjoj razini

* Pregled poslovnica i bankomata banke kao i navigacija do odabrane lokacije
* Kalkulator valuta
* Kalkulator kredita
* Kontakti banke
* Postavke - promjena jezika aplikacije, promjena PIN-a, promjena e-mail adrese, moji uređaji – dodavanje novog uređaja za korištenje aplikacije i autorizacija otiskom prsta.
SIGURNOST:
Usluga mobilnog bankarstva mIKB Active IKB-a u potpunosti je sigurna. Sva komunikacija aplikacije mobilnog bankarstva odvija se putem zaštićenog kanala.
Korisnik se u aplikaciju prijavljuje s korisničkim PIN-om kojega će odrediti pri prvom pokretanju aplikacije. Podaci o korisničkom PIN-u, računima, transakcijama i dr. ne čuvaju se na korisničkom telefonu. U slučaju da korisnik tri puta unese neispravan korisnički PIN usluga mobilnog bankarstva će biti blokirana.
U slučaju neaktivnosti aplikacije korisnik će automatski biti odjavljen sa sustava.
