With the app, you can manage your funds, transfer monies, pay bills, transact on mobile money, locate a branch, apply for a loan, open an account and interact with us in order to register you will need:
- Your Advans account number (Current, Savings, Loan or Term Deposit)
- Your date of birth
- The mobile you have registered with Advans Ghana

- Branch Locator: Find the nearest branches in your network and get directions.
- Customer Support: Connect with our responsive customer support team via form or phone for any assistance or inquiries.
- Notifications: Receive real-time alerts for account activity, and upcoming transfers to stay on top of your finances.
Follow these simple steps to complete registration:
1. Click on "Register as existing client"
2. Select account type
3. Enter the 11 digits account number
4. Enter your date of birth
5. Validate
6. Accept the terms and conditions
7. Enter the OTP (One Time Password) you would have received by SMS
8. Define your username (minimum 6 characters)
9. Define your password (8 to 12 characters with capital and small letters, digits and special character)
10. That's it, you are registered with MyAdvans
