Description
RaiPay je bankovní aplikace Raiffeisenbank, která umožňuje přidat debetní a kreditní karty Mastercard od Raiffeisenbank, za účelem provádění bezkontaktních plateb mobilním telefonem nebo bezkontaktních výběrů z bankomatů. V aplikaci pak klient může vidět další informace o kartě a transakcích a také nastavovat úroveň a formu zabezpečení nebo vzhled. Je určena pro mobilní telefony s verzí Android 7 a vyšší a podporující technologii NFC (typ HCE). Je nutné mít aktivní mobilní bankovnictví Raiffeisenbank pro přidání karet.

PŘIHLÁŠENÍ DO APLIKACE
Pro přístup k informacím o kartách, transakcích a k nastavení aplikace je nutné přihlásit se do aplikace heslem nebo otiskem prstu.
PŘIPOJENÍ K INTERNETU
Při aktivaci aplikace, přidávání karet a přihlášení do aplikace je nutné datové nebo wi-fi připojení k internetu. Při placení nebo výběrech už online být nemusíte, stačí mít zapnutou NFC anténu.
PREFEROVANÁ KARTA
V případě, že máte v RaiPay přidáno více platebních karet, nastavte si jednu jako výchozí, ze které se budou platby a výběry provádět automaticky. Pokud budete chtít provést platbu či výběr z jiné karty než z výchozí, stačí aplikaci před akcí spustit, zvolit si jinou kartu a teprve poté přiložit telefon k terminálu nebo čtečce.
PLATBY A JEJICH ZABEZPEČENÍ
Před platbou není nutné aplikaci spouštět (pokud je nastavena jako výchozí pro NFC platby). Doporučujeme telefon před platbou odemknout (otiskem, PINem apod.), pak stačí telefon přiložit pouze jednou (pro platby do 5 000 Kč). Pokud zapomenete, aplikace vás vyzve k odemknutí telefonu a znovupřiložení k terminálu. Pro platby nad 5 000 Kč budete vyzváni k zadání hesla aplikace a znovupřiložení k terminálu.
Pokud chcete platit rychleji, můžete aplikaci nastavit tak, že svoji totožnost ověříte předem. Při platbě pak stačí tapnout na akci „Potvrdit platbu“, zadat své heslo nebo otisk prstu a přiložit telefon k terminálu.
Pokud chcete platit bezpečněji, můžete aplikaci nastavit tak, že každá platba bude vyžadovat ověření. Doporučujeme opět ověřit svou totožnost předem tapnutím na „Potvrdit platbu“.
