تطبيق supplinker يخدم أصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والأسر المنتجة التي تعتمد على الطلبات اليومية أو المتكررة أو الدورية من الموردين عن طريق إنشاء طلب للمورد وتحويل هذا الطلب مباشرة إلى فاتورة للمورد والتي يقوم بعدها بإكمال تسعيرة الفاتورة وارسالها للعميل مرة أخرى عند الإنتهاء من تجهيز طلبه
الفئات المستهدفة :
اصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة التي لا تحتاج إلى نظام محاسبي معقد وضخم مثل :
1- الأسر المنتجة لطلبات الخضار والفواكه واللحوم والورقيات والبلاستيكات والمواد الغذائية والاستهلاكية من الموردين
2- السوبرماركتات والبقالات الصغيرة للطلبات الدورية من الموردين وأيضا بالامكان استخدام التطبيق بين السوبرماركت وعملائه الدائمين لتجهيز طلباتهم
3- البوفيهات والكافيهات لطلبات الخضار والفواكه واللحوم والورقيات والبلاستيكات والمواد الغذائية والاستهلاكية من الموردين
4- المطاعم لطلبات الخضار والفواكه واللحوم والورقيات والبلاستيكات والمواد الغذائية والاستهلاكية من الموردين
5- محلات الخضار والفواكه لطلب البضائع من الموردين
6- مراكز صيانة الأجهزة الإلكترونية والجوالات لطلبات قطع الغيار من الموردين
مميزات التطبيق وآليه عمله:
بعد انشاء حساب خاص للمستخدم واختيار نوع المستخدم ( عميل / مورد ) وبعد ان يتم ربط العميل بالمورد يتمتع المستخدم بعدة مميزات منها :
1- إمكانية العميل انشاء طلباته بشكل مبسط وتدوين ملاحظاته على الطلب في خانة الملاحظات مثل عنوان التوصيل او وقت التوصيل او رغبة العميل باستلام طلبه بنفسه
2- اختيار توقيت الدفع ( الدفع المقدم / الدفع الآجل لآخر الأسبوع أو آخر الشهر) وطريقة الدفع ( شبكة - تحويل بنكي - stc pay )
3- يستقبل المورد إشعار على الهاتف بوصول طلب جديد من العميل حتى يقوم بمعالجته والتي تكون عبارة عن فاتورة جاهزة مدون فيها طلبات العميل
4- بعد توفير المورد للطلبات بإمكانه إكمال تسعير الفاتورة وتدوين ملاحظاته وارسال الفاتورة النهائية للعميل
5- احتواء التطبيق على احصائيات متعددة للفواتير
6- امكانية تحميل و مشاركة الفواتير بصيغة pdf والتي يظهر بها كافة المعلومات الأخرى المطلوبة في الفواتير النموذجية مثل اسم المورد واسم العميل والعنوان والتوقيع و الختم الالكتروني والرقم الضريبي وذلك بعد تدوينهم من قبل المستخدمين في إعدادات التطبيق .
7- إمكانية وضع معلومات وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية في إعدادات التطبيق ليتمكن الطرف الآخر من دفع الفاتورة بإحدى هذه الوسائل مثل : رقم او باركود stc pay ، رقم الحساب البنكي لعمليات الدفع بالحوالات البنكية.
8 - للمحافظة على سرية وأمان طرق الدفع ستكون جميع طرق الدفع خارج التطبيق في نسخة النسخة الأساسية Basic وسيكون بإمكان المورد إغلاق الفاتورة النهائية بعد التأكد من وصول الحوالة أو المبلغ له بإحدى هذه الوسائل
أيضا يتوفر خيار الدفع كاش او عن طريق الشبكة ( خارج التطبيق أيضا ) .
