In the version of application 1.2, you can work with database backups, now you do not have to worry about the safety of your income and work time log. You can also transfer a copy of the database to another smartphone, saving all the data and continuing to work with them when changing the device.
All receipts are unique and do not stack within the date. Now you can log the income and working time in more detail by applying a new grouping option to categories. To create accounting categories, a separate screen is used.
The application's interface ensures fast filling of the database with information, thus not distracting the user from the cases. In the process of interface design, the main focus is on a combination of convenience and informativeness. The main part of the main screen is occupied by an interactive calendar, in which events are marked by the days of the month. Other elements on the screen are also ready for interaction with the user: clicking on dates leads to the opening of reports for different time intervals, for amounts of time and money - to open the forms of replenishment of this data. Thus, the entire interface is sharpened for fast and intuitive, intuitive interaction.
The output "Profitability Accounting" provides in the form of a report either for a configurable period of time or for a predetermined amount of money received, worked hours, projected income. The report screen contains three tabs in which the output is sorted by year, month, day, and also a tab with a custom date range. Reports are displayed using infographics, depending on the selected date range, for convenience of user perception and general visibility.
Filling income accounting with input data occurs using a special form that can be called from both the main lower menu and by interacting with other sections of the interface. In the dialog box, you must specify the data that you want to add, as well as the date and comment (if desired). The date is set by default, the one that is currently selected in the main calendar.
The application allows you to protect data from unauthorized access by using a pincode. This feature is optional and is disabled by default. You can enable pincode authorization in the application settings, there you also need to specify the secret question and answer that will be used to restore the forgotten password. Also in the settings it is recommended to specify the monetary unit of measurement (currency), as well as the cost of one hour of your work (to calculate the forecasted income).
