The VÚB Junior Banking app is designed for children and young people from 8 to 18 years. You decide when your child is ready for the app. Maybe it is with the arrival of their first smartphone.
What does the VÚB Junior Banking app offer?
VÚB Junior for parents:
- Overview of card payments made by the child – detailed searchable overview of transactions
- Confirmation of requests to create a one-time virtual card - for secure card payment on the Internet
- Approval of pocket money requests via a pre-filled payment link
- Assignment of tasks to complete - set a task and reward your child for its completion
- Possibility to deactivate the child's application – for example in case of loss/theft of their mobile phone
VÚB Junior Banking for children:
- Attractive and playful design – customizable look (dark mode) and profile - upload your own photo, give your card a name, etc.
- Modern pocket money in mobile – your child can easily ask for pocket money from you or someone else via the app
- Easy and secure card payments on the Internet – children pay securely by creating a one-time virtual card
- Quick confirmation of payments on the Internet – additional verification of card payment on the Internet via 3D Secure
- Reward for completed tasks – after completing a task from the parent, the child receives the agreed-upon financial reward
- Withdrawal from VÚB ATMs via mobile phone – easily and without card, by entering a generated code into the ATM
- Overview of card payments – a detailed searchable overview of all card payments
- Quick and secure card blocking – possibility of temporarily deactivating the card in case of loss, theft, etc.
How can I use the app?
To use this application, you as well as your child need to have an account with VÚB Bank.
To use the VÚB Junior Banking app, it is necessary that the parent have it installed and activated first. When the parent app is activated, you'll see a QR code that is needed to activate the child’s app.
Application is available for Android 8.0 and higher, 64-bit version.
