Ziglu, headquartered in London, is authorised by the UK FCA as an EMI and registered under the MLRs as a cryptoasset firm. Every penny - and cent - of the cash held in your UK Ziglu account is protected by the UK FCA's safeguarding rules.

Ziglu Limited (Ziglu) is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Firm Reference No. 900977) for the provision of electronic money and payment services. Ziglu’s authorisation does not relate to its cryptoasset services. This means that Ziglu is providing a regulated service when Ziglu issues e-money, and when you make payments with Ziglu in fiat money. When you deal in cryptoassets, and when you make payments in cryptoassets, these are not activities regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
