A la fin de votre journée, scannez tous les Titres Restaurant que vous avez encaissé. Scan TR vous indiquera le nombre de Titres scannés ainsi que le montant total des Titres.
Validez ensuite cette journée pour générer une liasse.
Lorsque vous devez envoyer vos Titres à la CRT (ou les amener dans un centre de collecte des Titres), il vous suffit alors de générer un bordereau dans Scan TR.
Scan TR va alors envoyer un email vers la personne de votre choix (généralement le service comptabilité), afin de pouvoir faire un rapprochement entre les journées qui ont été rassemblés sur un bordereau et le futur remboursement par la CRT.
Vous pouvez scanner vos titres restaurant en utilisant la caméra de votre tablette ou bien en utilisant un scanner de code barre bluetooth, modèle compatible 'TL148KPTUK'.
Scan TR analyse l'ajout d'un titre restaurant et il refuse les titres dont la date est dépassé, dont le pays émetteur n'est pas la France et dont le code barre est faux.
