Customisable Dashboard displays your health and wellness parameters.
• Simple, Advanced or Expert Dashboards preconfigured for fast set-up.

Display Trackers in powerful Charts and Tabular views to discover your own patterns:
• Time/Data range for data to display (all data, 24h, 7, 30, 90, 365 days).
• Not limited to last 12 months.
• Scroll and stack charts to compare trends over time.
• Select either bar or data point to view exact value and date.
• Toggle between Imperial or Metric values within Charts.
• Choose bar charts or line graphs.
• Fit your data to charts or use standardised plots.
• Any Tracker can be converted into a chart.
• Customise order of charts so you see the most important to you at the top of Dashboard.
• Display as many tracker charts as you wish, in the order you want them to look for correlations.

Full control and editing of your self-recorded health data.
• Chronological date(s) where recorded.
• Scroll between Brief View or Full View of Data.
• Edit Data by touching and changing numbers.
• Add manual reading, select date and Add Data.

Food Diary keeps track of what you eat and drink by taking photos, using stored images or entering a food item name:
• Simple: define as either a Good or Bad choice for you.
• Intermediate: Calorie count for each item.
• Advanced: enter full composition analysis for each items (or enter later)
• See your entire Food and Drink intake by week, Calories consumed and used, weight and physical activity on one page.
• Recording food/drink we often forget about, makes us mindful of what we consume, portion size, and changes throughout week.
• Learn about your behaviours and what drives eating habits.

Integrated Bluetooth monitors from Activ8rlives suite of wellness and healthcare devices by Bluetooth 4.0.
• Fast, error-free data entry.
• Monitors include: BuddyBand2 Activity and Sleep Tracker, Body Analyser Smart Scales, Peak Flow/FEV1 monitor, Pulse Oximeter, Blood Pressure monitor and Contactless Infrared Thermometer.
• No device? No problem. Enter any data manually for any date or time.
• Record subjective scores of healthcare and wellness information and create your own.
• Record Biomarker values Diabetics: blood glucose, HbA1c; Cardio: INR; Inflammation: C-Reactive Protein, etc and create your own.

Create custom Trackers you want.
• Define type of tracker you want.
• Input subjective or actual ranges.
• Set Red, Amber and Green ranges.
• Whether it is cumulative or a trend.
• Link custom tracker to your BuddyBand2 Activity tracker to record throughout the day.

Groups and Social Interactions.
• Join or form Groups to motivate you to work better together and stick to goals.
• Join one of our Groups that have shared goals or health problem or give you technical, emotional support and encouragement.
• Some groups are Private or Semi-Private, where you are invited or request permission to join. Public Groups are open to all.
• Adventures let you walk ‘virtually’ anywhere in the World as a Group.
• Groups undertake collective Adventures and you can compete against other Groups or Teams.
• Explore Group progress, the Leaderboard and wonderful terrain or satellite images utilising Google Maps.
• Post Pictures & Messages allows sharing of success, information, photos, providing support and encouragement to others.
• Rewards & Points encourage consistent daily activity vital for long-term health and wellbeing. Two reward systems: Medals and Group Points for team games.
