คำอธิบาย

Many studies around the world have shown that too much sitting has a negative impact on health.
An Australian study of 220,000 people found that sitting for more than 11 hours a day was associated with a 40% higher risk of death than sitting for less than four hours.
In the United Kingdom and the United States, too much sitting has been reported to cause cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and some cancers.

Recent studies have shown that frequent interruptions in sitting and standing up to move can improve blood sugar and triglyceride levels.
After sitting for 20 to 30 minutes, it is effective to stand and move for 2 to 3 minutes.

This app will notify you every 30 minutes to prevent sitting too much.

After the notification, visually display the standing time for 2 minutes.

You can create shortcuts to start and stop timers.
When used in conjunction with apps such as Smart Connect and Tasker, this timer can be scheduled.
