iFAS mobile
iFAS mobile ist die innovative App, um die ERP-Lösung der Info Nova AG zu mobilisieren. Stellen Sie eine Vielzahl von Funktionen aus dem ERP für den Aussendienst zur Verfügung und ermöglichen Sie so ein einfaches, effizientes Arbeiten. Verkäufer, Monteure oder Servicetechniker können wichtige Kunden-, Anlagen- oder Geräteinformationen abrufen oder Serviceleistungen rückmelden bzw. weitere Informationen erfassen.

Unabhängig vom eingesetzten Gerät (Smartphone, Tablet oder via HTML/Browser) stehen Ihnen mit iFAS mobile unter anderem folgende Funktionen zur Verfügung:

• Kundeninformationen/CRM
o Stammdaten abrufen
o Kontaktpersonen erfassen/ändern
o Termine, Aufgaben, Notizen (Infoboard)
