Die Nutzung der APP ist unentgeltlich. Die Zugangsdaten erhalten Sie von Ihrer Geschäftsstelle, sofern das Modul Mitgliederportal genutzt wird.
In Ihrem persönlichen Mitgliederzugang können Sie Ihre Adresse und Bankdaten pflegen. Ebenfalls können Sie dort Ihre Beitragsrechnungen, evtl. Zuwendungsbescheinigungen und andere Dokumente einsehen. Auf Ihren Account haben nur Sie Zugriff.
Der Umfang der Nutzung hängt davon ab, ob und wie Ihre Organisation das Mitgliederportal einsetzt.
Verfügbare Standardfunktionen wäre:
- Portraitbild
- Adressdaten
- Konten
- Digitaler Pass mit QR-Code
- Rechnungsarchiv
- Eigene Dokumente (Aufnahmeantrag)
- Organisationsdokumente ( Protokoll Mitgliederversammlung)
Interne Kommunikation: zur sicheren Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen bzw. Ansprechpartnern der Organisation wurde ein Ticketsystem geschaffen. Dieses ermöglicht eine ticketbezogene und datenschutzkonforme Kommunikation.
Für die Organisationen mit der Pro Lizenz gibt es auch den Zugang zu den Events /Veranstaltungen. Sowie zu zahlreichen weiteren Modulen, wie Shop, Online-Befragungen. Auch hier hängt der Umfang davon ab, was Ihre Organisation aktuell aktiviert hat.
Zusätzlich zu diesen Standardfunktionen gibt es die Möglichkeit die App als Plattform zu nutzen, um Vereinsspezifische Anwendungen zu implementieren.
Die Funktionen der App werden ständig erweitert. Aufgrund unserer zahlreichen Kunden und derer Wünsche an unser Entwicklerteam wird es schon in Kürze weitere Funktionen geben.
