Popis
Mit der regisafe-App haben Sie vollen Zugriff auf ihr regisafe und können mobiles Arbeiten und die E-Akte einfach kombinieren. So lassen sich zentrale Aufgaben auch von unterwegs aus zuverlässig und sicher erledigen. Dokumente anschauen, bearbeiten und anschließend in die Akte übertragen – alles, was für reibungslose Verwaltungsprozesse benötigt wird, ist natürlich mit an Bord.
Die Funktionen im Überblick:
- Modernes Design und durchdachte Benutzerfreundlichkeit
- Responsive Darstellung
- Unkomplizierter Login, auch mit Fingerprint oder Gesichtserkennung
- Viele Suchparameter sorgen dafür, dass Aktenzeichen, Akten, Schriftstücke, Sitzungen, Adressen und Verteiler schnell gefunden werden.
- Metadaten werden übersichtlich angezeigt.
- Zwischen den einzelnen Objekten kann bequem navigiert werden.
- Es können Gespeicherte Suchen aufgerufen werden.
- Mittels Barcode Scan kann direkt in Akten und Schriftstücke gesprungen werden.
- Sperrfunktion für Dokumente zur Vermeidung gleichzeitiger Bearbeitung
- Verweise (IQO-Dateien im Anhang von E-Mails) können aus einer Mail App heraus direkt in der regisafe App geöffnet werden.
- Schriftstücke aus regisafe können in der App im Viewer angezeigt oder mittels separater Apps geöffnet und bearbeitet werden. Hierfür sind externe Apps (Office 365) Voraussetzung. Diese sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.
- Eine Aufnahme, Speicherung und Übernahme von Fotos vom Mobilgerät nach regisafe ist möglich.
- Zum schnelleren Zugriff stellt die App die persönlichen regisafe-Favoriten des Nutzers zur Verfügung.
- Adress-Suche für Telefonate oder zur Navigation:
- Eine Telefonfunktion ermöglicht das Starten eines Telefonats direkt aus einer Adresse heraus.
- Eine Adresse kann direkt auf einer Landkarte (über das eingestellte Standardprogramm des Mobilgeräts) angezeigt werden und so z.B. als Zielpunkt einer Navigation dienen.
Um die regisafe-App testen zu können, stellen wir Ihnen einen kostenfreien Zugriff auf unseren Demo-Server zur Verfügung. Die Zugangsdaten zur Demo-Umgebung sind bereits vorkonfiguriert.
