RIS Portal
Schon heute sorgt regisafe in vielen Verwaltungen für ein vereinfachtes Arbeiten. Dank des regisafe-Moduls KommunalPLUS Sitzung werden Sitzungsdaten und zugehörige Schriftstücke aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung bereits vielerorts effizient organisiert. Nun folgt der nächste logische Schritt: Das bestehende Modul wird künftig durch ein direkt an regisafe angebundenes Onlineportal erweitert. Damit entsteht ein vollständig integriertes Ratsinformationssystem, das sämtliche Komponenten vom Sitzungsdienst bis zum Onlinezugriff umfasst.

Und so funktioniert´s: Die Verwaltung von Sitzungsdaten und -dokumenten erfolgt mit dem bekannten Modul KommunalPLUS Sitzung. KommunalPLUS Ratsinformation übernimmt diese Daten und stellt sie im angebundenen Onlineportal dar. Somit entfallen Schwierigkeiten mit systemfremden Schnittstellen, die sonst häufig auftreten. Zudem sind keine Abstimmungen mit einem externen Portal-/CMS-Anbieter erforderlich. Effizientes, transparentes Verwalten und bestmögliche Bürgernähe sind damit jederzeit und auch online gewährleistet.
