Alarmnet SOS uses the latest geo-tagging technology, through TomTom and the
Alarmnet SOS network of Private Security and Ambulance service providers are

responsecover, wherever you are, when you need it most.
According to Statistic-SA, right now crime conditions in South Africa have begun a slow
decline since its initial spike in the late 90’s. However, our crime statistics are still high,
by worldwide standards, and the rate of decline exhibits a mere 1.4% per year. In
reality, this means that although the physical number of criminal incidents have
diminished marginally, overall criminal activity is still significantly high.
The concentration of serious crime in South Africa remainshigh in densely populated
cities, focused more intensely in urban, and suburban areas. Although Public Services, in
the form of the South African Police Service, and Public Healthcare Emergency Response

automatically sends private medical response assistance, and your exact location, the
moment you press that button.
