- Regístrate previamente en el portal de Shoppers en:
shopper.alsuper.com.
- Realiza los pedidos con total flexibilidad de horario por la mañana, tarde o noche según tu propia disponibilidad.
- Conéctate para que las órdenes de los clientes te lleguen automáticamente a la App como una notificación y tienes un minuto de tiempo para aceptar el pedido y ¡listo! Puedes comenzar a realizarlo.
- El uso de la App es muy intuitivo para los usuarios ya que las instrucciones son muy claras y te guía fácilmente en cada fase de la orden. De cualquier forma, tienes a tu disposición un centro de ayuda para Shoppers en donde puedes resolver problemas o dudas con los pedidos. También puedes comunicarte por llamada para recibir soporte de Alsuper.
- El surtido de los productos es muy sencillo ya que cuentas con un escáner en la Shopper App para detectar el producto y evitar confusiones con los artículos.
- Tienes vía directa de comunicación con el cliente por mensaje o llamada telefónica para ofrecer productos complementarios o sustitutos en caso de no haber en existencia.
- Tus comisiones y gratificaciones por pedidos realizados se acumulan semanalmente y se te depositan en tu cuenta bancaria.
En la App tendrás acceso siempre a toda la información sobre:
- Ganancias
- Calificación de Shopper
- Estadísticas de tus pedidos
- Historial de pedidos
- Pedido en curso
