> Key features include real-time notifications, an interactive map with live tracking and directions, in-app chat, calendar reminders, quotation tools, advanced filters, and a user rating system.
> Shippers and carrier companies can register for free. Carrier companies manage their operations through the Bikum web portal, while individual truck drivers register directly via the Bikum app and enjoy a 180-day free trial — no payment card required. To register, truck drivers must hold a valid vehicle registration card issued in the United Arab Emirates.
