As soon as a new task is created, your driver receives a mobile notification (provided GPRS/Mobile data is always switched on). A click on the notification leads him/her to the task page on Driver app installed on their android mobiles.
Message/comment added to each task will be visible for both office team (dispatch team) and assignee(s) (on mobile app). This establishes a productive two way communication between the office & the mobile staff.
Driver Dispatch for Android phones will change the way your drivers do their tasks on field.

How easy is to set up driver dispatch?
No complex process or endless steps, it’s all done quickly.
Step 1. Invite drivers to install Driver App from playstore.
Step 2. Driver receives an SMS with a link to download Driver app from Play Store and App ID and he downloads the app.
Step 3. Driver launches the app and enters the ‘App ID’ (he received via SMS) into the text field.
Step 4. Driver clicks on ‘Start’ button to proceed, optionally scans the QR code on vehicle and gets assigned to the vehicle.
Step 5. You can now start assigning tasks to drivers via Schedule -> Driver Tasks.
And, the most attractive fact is Driver Dispatch system comes with a 45 days trial period for all AVLView users that gives you sufficient time to analyse the needs and put forward your suggestions.
