Der Herzenswald Schmitten ist ein einzigartiges Projekt, das sich dem Klimaschutz und der Förderung der Natur verschrieben hat. Hier im Taunusgebiet entsteht ein Wald, der durch die Unterstützung vieler Menschen wächst – jeder gepflanzte Baum steht symbolisch für ein Stück Hoffnung und Engagement für unsere Umwelt. Mit der Herzenswald Schmitten App kannst Du nun noch enger mit diesem Projekt verbunden sein und Deine persönliche Reise durch den Herzenswald verfolgen.

Entdecke alle aufgeforsteten Flächen des Herzenswald Schmitten direkt auf einer übersichtlichen Karte. Du siehst die genauen Standorte aller Herzenswaldbäume und kannst zwischen den Flächen navigieren.
Detaillierte Baumansicht
Finde jeden einzelnen Baum mit exakten Koordinaten, erfahre Pflanzdatum, Baumart und alle Pateninfos und lasse Dich von der Geschichte jedes Baumes inspirieren.
Spenden- und Patenliste
Verfolge, welche Personen und Organisationen den Herzenswald unterstützen – transparent aufgelistet und klar zugeordnet zu den jeweiligen Aufforstungsflächen.
Engagement nachverfolgen
