Description
Chức năng chính của ứng dụng:
1. Định vị vị trí thửa đất hiện tại của người dùng có vào diện quy hoạch hay không.
2. Tra cứu thông tin quy hoạch bằng cách:
- AI ra lệnh bằng giọng nói, theo bản đồ quanh đây, bản đồ quanh ta
- Tra cứu số tờ, số thửa đất
- Xem vị trí sổ đỏ, sổ hồng trên bản đồ, thông qua chức "Sổ đỏ" để Quét tập hợp điểm tọa độ bằng Camera trực tiếp, quét điểm tọa độ thông qua ảnh có sẵn trong thư viện ảnh, Quét tọa độ ảnh thông qua công cụ google dịch, hoặc đọc ảnh tọa độ trực tiếp từ tệp *.txt, *.csv
- Định vị GPS chỉ đường tìm vị trí thửa đất trên bản đồ
- Chuyển đổi toạ độ vn 2000 sang toạ độ địa lý
- Thiết lập hệ quy chiếu: Mặc định hệ quy chiếu WGS84 thông dụng cho toàn cầu, Người dùng co thể chuyển đổi sang hệ quy chiếu khác có sẵn trong mục "Hệ Quy Chiếu"
- Chụp ảnh bản toạ độ của thửa đất mà người dùng muốn tra cứu
- Chụp ảnh màn hình và chia sẽ ảnh màn hình thông qua nền tảng mạng xã hội hoặc lưu vào bộ nhớ cục bộ của người dùng
3. Xem thông tin bằng cách bấm trực tiếp vào bản đồ.
4. Lưu thông tin thửa đất.
5. Tập hợp các quy hoạch:
- Bản đồ địa chính
- Quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng
- Quy hoạch sử dụng đất
- Quy hoạch khác trên nền bản đồ để tiện theo dõi
6. Đọc tọa độ điểm thông qua tệp: *.txt, *.csv
7. Ghi các tệp tọa độ: *.txt, *.csv đối với chức năng đo đạc, tính chu vi, diện tích
8. Ghi tệp *.pdf đối với thông tin thửa đất, từ kết quả đọc bản đồ trực tuyến
9. Ghi chú thực địa thông qua chức năng tương tác trực tiếp bằng cách tạo Maker hoặc thông qua công cụ Khảo sát, đo đạc đối với chức năng dùng GPS trực tiếp;
