The NCD driver app is specifically crafted to ensure that your non-emergency medical transportation business operations run smoothly. The driver app is easy to use, connects you with your drivers in real-time and helps you boost efficiency.

The App is built with a focus on saving your time, making easy payrolls, calculating fuel expenses, and dispatching and managing trips with no time. With built-in GPS navigation, the App helps NEMT dispatchers and drivers minimize the trip process time and enables drivers to make more trips and take more convenient roads to maximize their experience.

Key Features of the NCD Driver App:

Clock in, Clock out

The driver app enables NEMT drivers to manage their shifts efficiently. Through the App, drivers can directly clock in and clock out; the feature allows NEMT dispatchers to do seamless shift tracking and payroll management.

Trip Management

The NCD Driver App lets drivers access detailed trip information. Our App can categorize trips such as scheduled, in progress or escort (with special requirements), and even next day trips. This would keep your NEMT driver punctual at work.

Status Updates

With the app drivers can stay alert with real time status. Drivers can get notification if any trip status is change like “on the way, arrived at pickup, trip in progress and even if completed.
