Beskrivelse
In a scene call setting, first responders will be notified of the steps taken by the TAME communication center as the request is evaluated and an aircraft is assigned. Upon the launch of an aircraft, the user will be able to track its progress via a real-time map feature.
In a hospital setting, the user will log into the TransAero app, filling out a form prior to confirming the flight request. Upon the launch of an aircraft, the user will be able to track its progress via a real-time map feature.
Additional information, such as landing zone guides, hospital directory, and push notifications regarding an incoming flight, are also available through the app. Registration is required for all app users, and only approved parties will have access to all app features, including the ability to request a transport.
