XploraPro
XploraPro is a powerful navigation and tracking app designed for adventurers, explorers or anyone who wants to keep a detailed real-time view and historical record of their journeys. Whether you're hiking, biking, running, or simply exploring a new city, XploraPro provides accurate, real-time navigation and tracking. Never get lost again as your track is recorded and stored in real-time so that you can always back-track with ease. Load a GPX file on to the map and navigate yourself along it - this gives peace of mind when you are following a trail. The app is designed to make your explorations safe and repeatable. Going off track? Simply start a new track and that will allow you to get back to your starting position if things go wrong. The app also allows you to pre-load map sections directly in case you happen to be going in to a no-network area. Just make sure you download the map section when you do have network! Want to share your current track? - export it as a GPX file and it can be loaded either in to a GPS or some other mapping tool.

Key Features:
- Foreground Location Service: XploraPro uses foreground location services to provide continuous, real-time navigation and tracking, even when the app is in the background. This ensures that your tracks are accurate and your navigation is reliable.
- Real-Time Navigation: Get guidance to your destination. Follow your position on a route from a GPX file loaded on to the Map or back-track from your current location if you so choose. Waypoint positions as you go so that you have reference points when using the track again.
- Accurate Tracking: Record your routes, distances, elevation changes, and other metrics with high precision. These are recorded and stored on-device for as long as you want. Export a track to GPX so that you can share with others.
- Detailed Tracks: View your completed tracks on a map and analyse your performance metrics.
- Export and Import GPX files as required. Create your own GPX file or import an external file and load it.

Why Foreground Location Services?
To provide the most accurate navigation and tracking, XploraPro needs continuous access to your location. If the app were to rely only on background location updates, the tracks would be highly inaccurate, incomplete and full of gaps and navigation could be unreliable. Foreground location services allow XploraPro to maintain the accuracy of your tracks and metrics and provide reliable, real-time navigation. The frequency and horizontal accuracy of the location updates can be set in the app settings within certain limits.

User Privacy:
XploraPro will request location permission when you first use the app. When the app is using foreground location services, a notification will be displayed to make it clear that the app is actively tracking your location. This is visible when the app loads and when it is in background. Location updates stop if you exit the app. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your location data responsibly. No location data is explicitly shared. XploraPro does not use any identifying data - no Advertising IDs, no User Information such as email or mobile phone. You can be completely anonymous when using the app. The app also allows you to delete tracks and all the locations associated with them as an added security feature.
