Ayuda Health is your go-to for managing multiple chronic conditions (such as diabetes and high blood pressure). With Yubi, the Ai health assistant, smart pill reminders, monitoring of vitals through HealthConnect or Apple Health, and doctor’s appointment support, Ayuda is your partner to help you care for yourself or someone you love.

⏰ A pill reminder to help build healthy habits: Taking meds consistently and on time is crucial for managing any chronic disease. Ayuda’s pill reminder makes this easy and effective. You can first set your daily/weekly schedule and then align your drug or supplement reminder to an activity you do every day or week. This approach, called habit stacking, has been shown to help patients (with diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) improve adherence. You will also receive a reminder to rotate sites for injectable medications.
⌚️ Connect your fitness watches and medical devices: Ayuda’s e-diary feature helps you track vitals such as blood sugar, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, and peak expiratory flow rate. You can connect major fitness watch brands and medical device brands, such as A&D and Dexcom, to track multiple vitals at the same time. The e-diary also includes space to record and store any symptoms, side effects, or mood. We recommend using the voice-to-text feature on your mobile phone (if available) to record. This feature helps those who are starting new medications or who want to keep a record of their progress.
🤖 Meet Yubi, your Ai health assistant: Yubi helps you get answers to crucial health questions, and helps you stay on top of your medications and vitals. Yubi will nudge users and provide helpful tips when doses are missed or when your vitals (such as blood sugar and blood pressure) are out of range.
👩⚕️ Doctor’s Appointments: Make the most of your doctor’s appointments. Ayuda helps you organize your list of doctors/healthcare professionals, and schedule and plan appointments. You can also keep notes on what you want to discuss with your doctors, and record notes on their recommendations for you (using the voice-to-text feature on your phone). There is also a list of questions you can use as prompts to discuss your conditions and therapies with your doctor.
📊 Reporting: The Ayuda Health application can output a report of the doses you have taken and missed, your vitals, and any symptoms you recorded in your e-diary. You will get a PDF document to keep or send to your doctor and/or caregiver so they will know how you have been doing since your last appointment. This report can help your doctor(s) know if your therapy is working.
📈 Lifestyle Goals (stress management, sleep, and diet): This feature can help you set and achieve lifestyle goals related to diet, sleep, activity, and stress management. It offers a platform to set SMART goals, track progress on a regular basis, and learn tips to adopt healthier habits.
👬 Caregiver Support: Managing chronic diseases is best with the support of caregivers or accountability partners. Ayuda Health makes it easy to monitor your loved one’s health or to share your progress with a loved one. You can add an unlimited number of caregivers or accountability partners to your profile. These caregivers/partners are notified when a dose is missed, a doctor’s appointment is booked, or when a lifestyle modification goal is set.
