Kuvaus
Die App „begleitet“ Patienten. Patienten können eine Erinnerungsfunktionen einstellen, die bis zu vier Mal täglich das Angebot für Übungen anzeigen oder wenn gewünscht auch nicht eingeschalten.
Alleine die Erinnerungsfunktion sorgt für eine verbesserte Körperwahrnehmung (Zeit für Übungen). Eine Tagebuchfunktion dient der Dokumentation und der Motivation von Patienten. Alle Funktionen der App sind unabhängig vom Anbieter. Auf Wunsch und bei Rückfragen können Patienten direkt – über eigene Mail - Kontakt zum Anbieter aufnehmen und z.B. Fragen stellen.
