My app is not working correctly. How do I fix it?
First, try clearing the app's cache and data. Our app stores files locally to work offline, and sometimes, after an update, these files can become outdated. If that doesn't solve the problem, contact us through our official channels.
Are there other versions of the app?
No. This is the only official version of the app we provide.
Is the app free?
Yes, but with some limitations. You can use the basic features of the app completely free. Premium features are available through subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Can I edit the chords in the app?
No. Our app is not a chord editor. The versions we provide are manually reviewed and faithfully follow the original reference materials of the Christian Harp.
I found an error in a chord. How can I report it?
The chords may not be completely free of errors. If you find one, you can report it directly within the app (on each song) or through our official channels. We will make the correction as soon as possible.
What about copyrights?
The lyrics of the Christian Harp and the chords are in the public domain, but the rest of our app is copyrighted. Therefore, you cannot, for example, export our chords to a PDF to share in online communities. The app's features are exclusively for your personal use.
Can I request subscription discounts?
Yes. We value our users' loyalty. If you have been using the app for a long time or have difficulty paying the current price, you can contact us so we can review your case.
