Igazából nincs egy titkos csoda-recept. A gyereknevelés terén is türelemre, empátiára, kitartásra és gyakorlásra van szükség.
Állandóan tökéletesen, elsőre hangosabb szó nélkül kell működjön minden? Ez nem lenne életszerű kívánság - mindig vannak és lesznek apróbb elakadások, amik hozzátartoznak az élethez. A lényeg, hogy ne azt érezzük, hogy az egész túlságosan küzdősen és nyögvenyelősen megy. Ezért viszont olykor jól meg kell dolgozni, amihez türelem és kitartás szükséges!
Ez néha nehéz, de segíteni fog, hogy később jobban menjenek a dolgok.
Gondolj bele - amikor elmész edzeni, vagy amikor megtanultál valamilyen hangszeren játszani, vagy biciklizni. Először lehet, hogy nagy munkának érezted, a hátad közepére kívántad, de belevágtál, csináltad és egy idő után átérezted a teljesítményed örömét.
Biztos te is sokszor hallottad: Az ISMÉTLÉS A TUDÁS ANYJA! – ez közhely, de nagyon igaz!
Az apparently GYAKORLÓ LECKÉI éppen ezért fontosak, hogy amikor szükség van rá – elő tudd hívni, fel tudd idézni a szükséges tudást. Bizonyított, ha például a tanulás pillanatától számítva 2 hetünk van egy vizsgáig - vagyis amikor használnunk kell a megszerzett tudást, akkor sokkal eredményesebb, ha 14 napon keresztül minden nap egyszer ismétlünk egy kicsit, mintha egyszer ismételnénk 14‐szer. Akkor a leghatékonyabb a tanulás, ha nagyobb arányban a rászánt időt tesztekre és egyéb gyakorló aktivitásokra fordítjuk.
Türelmes szülő szeretnél lenni, aki tudja, hogyan kell világos és egészséges határokat felállítani? Több minőségi időt szeretnél együtt eltölteni a gyerekeddel? Boldog, harmonikus családi együttlétre vágysz?
Ki nem?
Fontos, hogy ezek a céljaid, és hogy elhatározd magad, hogy változtattok!
Igen ám... de tudtad, hogy az emberek 91%-a feladja céljait? Ami nem csoda, mivel szerintünk:
-> nem a te hibád, ha elfoglalt szülőként nem végzel el egy 30 órás online tanfolyamot…
-> nem te tehetsz arról, ha küzdesz a homályosan megírt tanácsok végrehajtásával egy olyan könyvből, amelyet éppen olvasol…
-> és azért sem feltétlenül te vagy a hibás, ha a hagyományos szülői stratégiák, amelyeket megtanítottak neked, egyáltalán nem, vagy csak addig működnek, amíg el nem fáradsz…
A tapasztalat az, hogy miután a kezdeti magabiztosság és a fejlődés iránti motiváció elfogy, a szülők nem maradnak annyira következetesek és végül visszacsúsznak régi szülői szokásaikba.
Az apparently ezért abban segít, hogy következetes tudj maradni – ehhez adunk támogatást. Nincsenek hosszadalmas elméleti fejtegetések és megfoghatatlan tanácsok.
Ehelyett rövid, lényegretörő, célzott és gyakorlatias.
