I'm sharing this app, which I created for my own child to help them understand the concept of time, hoping it will be useful for other parents. It's completely free, completely ad-free, and requires no internet connection for safe use. It doesn't store or retain data and only works on your device.
When children understand the concept of time, they will be able to comply with the time limits set for them.
