Mô tả: Hapu - Fast Service là phương thức tương tác thuận tiện giữa cư dân Hapu (Hapulico) và ban quản lý tòa nhà.
Mỗi cư dân sẽ được cung cấp một tài khoản để truy cập ứng dụng
Các tính năng chính:
- QUẢN LÝ THÔNG TIN CÁ NHÂN: quản lý thông tin cư dân, hỗ trợ bổ sung thêm các thành viên trong gia đình, thuận tiện trong việc quản lý thông tin cá nhân cũng như thông tin của các thành viên trong gia đình.
- TIN TỨC: cập nhật những thông tin, tin tức, công việc mới nhất từ ban quản lý tòa một cách nhanh chóng, thuận tiện.
- THÔNG BÁO: gửi các thông báo liên quan tới thanh toán dịch vụ, đăng ký dịch vụ tới cư dân.
- HÓA ĐƠN: hỗ trợ cư dân xem thông tin, trạng thái thanh toán, mức phí cần phải thanh toán cho các dịch vụ của căn hộ đã được đăng ký với bản quản lý tòa nhà trong tháng như Dịch vụ quản lý căn hộ, Dịch vụ điện, Dịch vụ nước, Dịch vụ trông & quản lý xe...
- LỊCH SỬ THANH TOÁN: hỗ trợ cư dân xem lịch sử, thời điểm thanh toán dịch vụ, làm cơ sở đối chiếu với dữ liệu của ban quản lý tòa nhà.
- DỊCH VỤ XE: hỗ trợ cư dân đăng ký dịch vụ trông & quản lý xe ô tô hoặc xe máy với ban quản lý tòa nhà mà không cần trực tiếp lên tận nơi để đăng ký. Dịch vụ xe bao gồm các hình thức đăng ký như:
+ Đăng ký cấp mới: hỗ trợ cư dân đăng ký làm thẻ gửi xe tại Hapulico
+ Đăng ký đổi biển kiêm soát: hỗ trợ cư dân đổi biển kiểm soát xe thuộc diện trông & quản lý của Hapulico.
+ Đăng ký đổi người sử dụng xe (chủ phương tiện): hỗ trợ cư dân đổi chủ phương tiện cho xe thuộc diện trông & quản lý của Hapulico.
+ Đăng ký cấp lại thẻ xe: hỗ trợ những cư dân đánh mất hoặc có thẻ xe bị hỏng thực hiện đăng ký xin cấp lại thẻ xe.
+ Đăng ký trả thẻ xe: khi cư dân muốn ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ trông & quản lý xe tại Hapulico.
- DỊCH VỤ BƠI: hỗ trợ cư dân đăng ký dịch vụ bể bơi với ban quản lý bể bơi của tòa nhà. Dịch vụ bể bơi bao gồm các hình thức đăng ký như:
+ Đăng ký gói bơi: hỗ trợ cư dân đăng ký làm thẻ bơi theo tháng, quý hoặc năm; áp dụng cho nhiều lứa tuổi từ trẻ em tới người lớn.
+ Đăng ký gia hạn gói bơi: hỗ trợ cư dân gia hạn thêm thời gian sử dụng gói bơi.
+ Đăng ký bảo lưu: hỗ trợ cư dân bảo lưu thời hạn sử dụng gói bơi trong một khoảng thời gian quy định.
+ Đăng ký cấp lại thẻ: hỗ trợ những cư dân đánh mất hoặc có thẻ bơi bị hỏng thực hiện đăng ký xin cấp lại thẻ bơi.
+ Đăng ký thêm thẻ: hỗ trợ cư dân đăng ký làm thêm thẻ cho các thành viên sử dụng chung gói bơi.
