Được xây dựng bằng Kotlin và tích hợp cơ sở dữ liệu SQLite thông qua lớp DatabaseHelper, phần mềm cung cấp giao diện thân thiện với các tính năng chính như thêm giao dịch mua (AddMuaActivity), bán (AddBanActivity), theo dõi tồn kho cổ phiếu (TonKhoAdapter), và xuất báo cáo dưới dạng PDF để lưu trữ hoặc chia sẻ.
Ứng dụng bắt đầu với màn hình đăng nhập (LoginActivity), nơi người dùng nhập mật khẩu để truy cập, đồng thời hỗ trợ các chức năng như đổi mật khẩu, sao lưu/khôi phục dữ liệu qua SAF (Storage Access Framework), và xóa dữ liệu khi cần.
Người dùng có thể tùy chỉnh tỷ lệ phí giao dịch (phí mua, phí bán, thuế) và thay đổi ngôn ngữ (Tiếng Việt, Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung) để phù hợp với nhu cầu cá nhân.
Sau khi đăng nhập, màn hình chính (MainActivity) sử dụng ViewPager2 và TabLayout để hiển thị ba tab:
1. Tổng quan (Summary),
2. Giao dịch mua (Buy Transactions),
3. Giao dịch bán (Sell Transactions).
Tab Tổng quan cung cấp thông tin tổng hợp như tổng giá trị mua, bán, phí giao dịch, hiệu suất đầu tư và danh sách tồn kho với các chỉ số như số lượng còn lại, giá trị trung bình cổ phiếu, và tỷ lệ lãi/lỗ.
Các tab giao dịch hiển thị chi tiết từng giao dịch với thông tin mã cổ phiếu, ngày giao dịch, số lượng, giá, thành tiền, và phí.
Khi thêm giao dịch mua, người dùng nhập mã cổ phiếu (giới hạn 5 ký tự chữ/số), ngày mua, số lượng, và giá; ứng dụng tự động tính phí mua dựa trên tỷ lệ phí đã cài đặt (mặc định 0.03%) và cập nhật tồn kho.
Tương tự, giao dịch bán cho phép chọn mã cổ phiếu từ danh sách tồn kho (qua Spinner), kiểm tra số lượng còn lại để tránh bán vượt quá, và tính phí bán (bao gồm phí giao dịch 0.03% và thuế 0.1%).
Giá trị trung bình cổ phiếu còn lại được phần mềm tính toán tự động dựa trên tổng giá trị và số lượng, hỗ trợ nhà đầu tư đưa ra quyết định chính xác.
Tính năng xuất PDF (MainActivity) cho phép tạo báo cáo chi tiết từ tab đang chọn, sử dụng thư viện iTextPDF với font Roboto hỗ trợ Tiếng Việt. Báo cáo bao gồm tiêu đề, ngày xuất, và bảng dữ liệu (ví dụ: tổng quan với tỷ lệ lãi/lỗ, danh sách giao dịch mua/bán), kèm số trang ở góc phải. Tệp PDF được đặt tên theo ngôn ngữ và thời gian (ví dụ: "TongQuan_2603.pdf" hoặc "Summary_2603.pdf") và lưu qua SAF, đảm bảo tính linh hoạt khi chia sẻ hoặc lưu trữ.
Phần mềm không thu thập bất kỳ thông tin giao dịch nào từ người dùng, đảm bảo quyền riêng tư.
Dữ liệu được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị, với tùy chọn sao lưu thủ công để tránh mất mát. Giao diện thân thiện với các định dạng số theo chuẩn Việt Nam (dấu phân cách hàng nghìn bằng dấu chấm, thập phân bằng dấu phẩy), cùng màu sắc trực quan để phân biệt các dòng và trạng thái tài chính (lãi/lỗ).
Đây là công cụ lý tưởng cho nhà đầu tư cá nhân muốn quản lý danh mục chứng khoán một cách khoa học, minh bạch, và không phụ thuộc vào dịch vụ trực tuyến.
