Objectieve data uit een tijdstudie geeft u een schat aan informatie over verspillingen en verbeterpotentieel binnen uw organisatie. U maakt discussies feitelijk en besluiten worden genomen op basis van feiten en niet op ‘onderbuikgevoel’.
Er zijn verschillende type tijdstudies, waarvan de Multi Moment Opname (MMO)en de Continue tijdstudie (stopwatch methode) de belangrijkste zijn. De keuze is afhankelijk van uw vraagstelling. Wij hebben speciale tijdstudie software – Accent Pro – ontwikkeld om op een makkelijke wijze betrouwbare data te verzamelen voor het bepalen van normtijden en werklastonderzoeken. Daarnaast biedt Accent Pro tijdstudiesoftware ook de mogelijkheid om op een gestructureerde manier verbeter-‘heatmaps’ te creëren en te inventariseren hoe uw medewerkers hun werkdag hebben ervaren of tegen welke obstakels ze zijn aangelopen.
Met Accent Pro is het ook mogelijk om omsteltijden (SMED analyses) te verkorten en ‘hands on tool time’ (HOTT) op een gemakkelijke wijze te bepalen.
