Ergonomique et cognitif, DCA | Building simplifie le processus d’exécution et le suivi des remarques, réserves et réclamations.
DCA | Building c’est la possibilité d'enregistrer et de suivre l’état des réserves, de notifier immédiatement les personnes impliquées, de planifier avec l’acquéreur le moment de l’intervention, afin d’avoir une vision globale de l’avancement et de la qualité du chantier.
Plate-forme partagée :
L’information est synchronisée, les intervenants du chantier vivent en temps réel le flux de travail associé à la résolution des réserves.
Gestion de Réserves et workflow :
Après la notification d’une nouvelle réserve, elle sera suivie jusqu’à à sa validation. A chaque étape les intervenants connaissent leur rôle à jouer et sont notifiés pour une meilleure productivité. Tout l’historique est maintenu pour éliminer la mauvaise communication.
Planification :
La plate-forme permet aux professionnels de prendre contact avec les clients, maitre d’ouvrage ou maitre d’œuvre afin de planifier la meilleure « chrono/disponibilité » de chacun.
Disponible on et offline :
Une des limitations sur les chantiers est le manque de réseaux. Avec DCA | Building le problème n’existe plus. C’est disponible partout et à tout moment.
Tableaux de Bord :
Pour faciliter une vision globale des opérations et prendre les bonnes décisions, l’application possède un tableau de bord personnalisé par type d’intervenants. Connaitre la qualité des entreprises exécutantes, leur temps de réaction, l’attention aux retards d’exécution, c’est possible en clin d’œil.
