Popis
Die neue Status-App DESTANDO ermöglicht vollständige Transparenz und damit die lückenlose Verfolgung von LKW-Transporten.
Mit DESTANDO können Auftraggeber mit Transporteuren und/oder LKW-Fahrern Auftragsdaten und alle relevanten Statusinformationen zur Tour austauschen. Der Informationsaustausch beschränkt sich dabei auf das Wesentliche – also das, was zur Ausführung der Tour zwischen Warenversender bis zum endgültigen Warenempfänger wirklich erforderlich ist. Da dies von Fall zu Fall unterschiedlich sein kann, wird vorher individuell festgelegt, welche Daten der Fahrer für die Tour benötigt und welche Informationen der Auftraggeber zurückgemeldet bekommen soll.
Vor dem Tour-Start stellt der Auftraggeber – das kann ein Reeder, ein Spediteur, ein Containeroperateur oder auch ein Fuhrunternehmen sein – die notwendigen Daten zur Tour in dem System ein und erhält umgehend eine Tour-Referenz in Form eines Weblinks und eines QR-Codes. Diese schickt er an den Transporteur bzw. Fahrer, der damit sofort alle für ihn relevanten Daten zur Tour hat. Zu den über die App zurückgemeldeten Statusinformationen gehören zum Beispiel Abhol-, Ankunfts- oder Pausenzeiten und auch Fotos, die den Warenzustand oder mögliche Beschädigungen zeigen.
Multimodal einsetzbar
Die App verfügt über eine einfache und klare Bedienung für den Fahrer. Der jeweils nächste erwartete Status wird vorgeblendet und braucht nur noch mit einem Klick bestätigt zu werden. DESTANDO kann für Transporte auf See, in der Luft oder auf der Straße, egal ob Container- oder Stückguttransporte eingesetzt werden. Selbstverständlich ist die Anwendung auch in Kombination mit DAKOSY-Anwendungen, wie zum Beispiel UNIKAT GE einsetzbar.
Hinweise zu den benötigten Berechtigungen
Folgende Berechtigungen werden benötigt, um die Funktion der App zu gewährleisten:
• Kamerazugriff: Benötigt für das Scannen des Destando-QR-Codes um einen Vorgang anzunehmen
• Standortzugriff: Übermittlung des Containerstandortes während eines Transportes. Es werden nur Standorte übermittelt, wenn sich ein Vorgang im Status "Unterwegs" befindet. Dies wird in der Übersicht angezeigt.
• Speicher: Zugriff auf die Speicherkarten, um Fotos und Dokumente zu übermitteln
(bspw. für Schadensmeldungen)
