Complete paperwork offline or in a place with no data signal, such as a basement, syncing automatically as soon as signal is returned.
A web-based dashboard for Managers to process forms and their data as soon as they are completed by the Engineers.
Automatically producing extra works sheets and/or F-Gas paperwork without needing to complete separate forms for the same equipment.
Organise and move forms from submitted and drafted lists into user created folders within the app for easy referencing in the future.
Automatic calculations for things such as determining the lifecycle of equipment or calculating the installation volume of gas pipes based on entered data, plus many other useful functions that require calculations.
Print QR codes via Bluetooth enabled printers that stick to equipment allowing clients/auditors to check the paperwork using any QR reader and web browser.
Print QR codes for other Engineers to scan, edit or duplicate previous paperwork, saving time and hassle not having to re-write out basic information such as make, model and serial numbers each time when working on the same equipment.
How the service works:
Step 1
Open an account at EngineeringForms.com and choose to use the service as either a single user or as part of a company to then receive your login details.
Step 2
Access our pre-designed Engineering Forms and/or transfer existing company paperwork into the app depending on the service chosen.
Step 3
Select the required form needed to document the task at hand from within the app and then complete the paperwork while carrying out the work.
Step 4
Receive the completed PDF certificate via an email attachment upon form submission, then save, send and organize your paperwork on the go.
Step 5 – New
Print a unique QR code via a Bluetooth label printer and stick it to the side of the equipment for Engineers & Clients to scan and access the paperwork in the future.
