Kami ingin menegaskan bahwa APLIKASI INI TIDAK MEWAKILI ENTITAS PEMERINTAH MANAPUN. Semua informasi dan fitur yang tersedia di dalam aplikasi ini disediakan untuk tujuan memudahkan proses pelaporan dan monitoring kegiatan praktik lapangan dan tidak memiliki dukungan, pengesahan, atau afiliasi resmi dari badan atau instansi pemerintah. Pengguna disarankan untuk selalu memverifikasi informasi penting melalui sumber-sumber resmi pemerintah.
Aplikasi ini menjadi solusi digital bagi mahasiswa yang sedang menjalani praktik lapangan, baik di kapal maupun di instansi terkait, untuk melaporkan perkembangan kegiatan mereka secara real-time dan terstruktur.
Fitur Utama EPRALA:
1. Input Laporan Harian/Mingguan: Mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah mengisi laporan kegiatan praktik lapangan secara harian atau mingguan melalui formulir yang telah disediakan. Laporan dapat dilengkapi dengan deskripsi kegiatan, durasi, dan dokumentasi (file foto).
2. Upload Dokumen Pendukung: Aplikasi memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengunggah dokumen pendukung seperti foto yang diperlukan selama praktik lapangan.
3. Notifikasi dan Pengingat: EPRALA dilengkapi dengan sistem notifikasi yang mengingatkan mahasiswa untuk mengisi laporan tepat waktu, sehingga menghindari keterlambatan dalam pelaporan.
4. Diskusi: Aplikasi menyediakan forum diskusi antara mahasiswa dan dosen pembimbing untuk bertukar informasi, bertanya, atau berdiskusi terkait kegiatan praktik lapangan melalui menu pesan.
5. Riwayat Laporan: Semua laporan yang telah dikirimkan oleh mahasiswa akan tersimpan rapi dalam riwayat, memudahkan untuk dilihat kembali atau diunduh saat diperlukan.
6. Keamanan Data: EPRALA dilengkapi dengan sistem keamanan yang menjaga kerahasiaan dan integritas data mahasiswa, sehingga informasi pribadi dan laporan praktik lapangan tetap aman.
