Описание
eWork main users are:
- Healthcare assistants of home care and personal services (HCS , PCA , DHCS , IHCS)
- Responsible for cleaning services, housemaids, responsible for facilities for companies
- Household services workers as therapist, nurses, healthcare assistants, in-home nurses
- Workers in the logistic field to track deliverings (carriers, drivers, truck drivers, etc.)
- Workers in construction sites
- Consultants at client’s location
- Sales marketing workers to track the outputs and the visits to the clients
- Supervisors and Auditor who inspect shops, constructional plants, production areas, etc.
- Co-operatives workers
- all the workers who need to record the working hours spent in different workplaces.
The App is a complete and versatile mobility attendance record and clocking system with the advantage of the record of working hours per activity, client, location.
eWork with the virtual clocking detects the geolocation and sends it to the back-end system that works as a collector to allow the Company to have:
- attendance record, geolocated and visible on the map of your personnel
- general calendar of done jobs, with information about the ended jobs and the current ones
- working hours spent per commission, project and client
- data economic enhancement, ready for the invoicing
- absence and time off requests with a customizable approval process
- attendance and absence exportable data, ready with causals for the payroll processing.
There are a lot of advantages, by using eWork as a virtual clocking system:
- no hardware purchase or installation required: no time track or clocking machine required;
- possibility to control the working activities and working hours spent by the employees at their own location or at client’s;
- possibility to customize the app without additional costs to adapt it to the company or employees’ needs;
- possibility to attach photos and QR code to the attendance record;
- attendance record also with low wifi signal with the automatic data transmission as soon as the connection is available;
- possibility to export the collected data, available both on file and web services for the real-time integrations with other devices;

eWork can be used with any Payroll system or HRMS System Human Resources existing in your company and with other complete back-end web features available on the EcosAgile integrated solutions suite for the Personnel Process management.
eWork goes beyond the simple activity and working hours record with the geolocated attendance record and clocking, because it has been designed since the beginning with security as a key element. Possible counterfeiting attempt of the data are detected by the control algorithms: today it is the only app to have an anti-counterfeiting system in self-learning - machine learning.
