The FMLink Inspector system is also one of the key modules of the enterprise level FMLink by ResVu Facilities Management system.
As a building manager, cleaning professional or general service provider, the FMLink Inspector app gives you the extension you need to provide quick yet detailed inspection reports when you're on the go.
The greatest feature of the FMLink Inspector app is it's 'Off-line' mode which allows you to undertake inspections in the worst possible phone reception area's with speed and accuracy
When undertaking an inspection you may also reference an identified item as a 'defect' which will prompt your sites decision makers to advise on issuing a work/quote request or simply parking the defect for the builder's attention and/or reporting purposes.
Feel free to be as complex or as basic as you like when creating your inspection checklists, as the FMLink Inspector platform gives you complete freedom to do so.
