The Gemstar Admin App is an internal operations platform designed for Gemstar administrators to centrally manage retail store quotations, customer orders, and manufacturing workflows. It provides complete control and visibility across stores and production units, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and seamless coordination throughout the order lifecycle.
Built exclusively for Gemstar’s internal teams, the app enables admins to review and confirm store-generated quotations, communicate with stores and manufacturing units, and track orders from approval to production and dispatch—all in one secure system.
Key Capabilities
Centralized Quotation Control
Admins receive quotations submitted by retail stores and review customer requirements, pricing, and timelines. Quotations can be approved, revised, or rejected directly from the app, ensuring consistency and compliance with Gemstar standards.
Direct Admin-to-Store Communication
Each quotation and order includes a dedicated chat channel for direct communication between Gemstar Admins and store teams. This keeps all discussions, clarifications, and confirmations tied to the relevant transaction and creates a clear audit trail.
Order Confirmation & Validation
Once a quotation is approved, admins confirm order creation after verifying sales receipts and required documents uploaded by stores. This controlled approval flow reduces errors and prevents unauthorized order processing.
Manufacturing Unit Coordination
