Con uno smartphone Android, l'applicazione memorizza le credenziali del dipendente all'interno del dispositivo ed in presenza di linea disponibile (Wifi o SIM), permette allo stesso di effettuare le più comuni operazioni.
E' infatti in grado di vedere con aggiornamenti in tempo reale il cartellino, i totali, i totalizzatori ed effettuare richieste per giustificativi, timbrature, straordinari e cambi orario e di visualizzare lo stato delle richieste effettuate in precedenza, sia che siano ancora aperte sia che siano ormai chiuse. Sarà possibile anche scaricare o caricare degli allegati alle richieste.
Inoltre, il responsabile del workflow autorizzativo avrà la possibilità di autorizzare le richieste.
Il dipendente ed il responsabile saranno avvisati tramite notifiche push in tempo reale direttamente sul dispositivo appena sarà presente una novità nel flusso di workflow.
