With mySpec, not only can you track hours worked inside and outside the office, but it also includes advanced features that maximize productivity and simplify document management:
· Document Manager: Securely access important documents such as payslips, contracts, receipts, justifications, etc., ensuring the privacy and accessibility of key information.
· Digital Signature: Sign documents digitally, eliminating the need for in-person or paper-based processes.
· Geofencing: Define specific geographical zones from which employees can clock in, ensuring the authenticity of entry and exit records, directly from the netTime one clock-in software.
· myTeam: Managers can view in real-time the work location of their team, whether in the office, teleworking, or absent, and manage requests and notifications directly from their mobile using the app.
Additionally, mySpec continues to offer the features you already know and value in a clock-in app for employees:
· Management of absences and vacations.
· Biometric activation for clocking in.
· Registration of specific work events or tasks.
· Planning of absences and requests for shift or schedule changes.
· Vacation management.
Through the app, employees can submit requests for shift or schedule changes to their supervisor. Employees can plan absences for vacations, medical visits, sick leave, etc. These plans will be pending approval by the supervisor and can be done by time slots or consecutive days. Clock-ins are instantly sent to each employee’s netTime one time management software.
In the app, real-time clock-ins can be viewed, even showing their status, such as if it was for a scheduled medical visit.
Thanks to synchronization with netTime one, employees can create absence plans for vacations, medical visits, or sick leave, pending supervisor approval. These plans can be made by time slots or consecutive days, in real time.
Through the mySpec clock-in app, employees can view clock-ins in real time and check their status. They can also access their work calendar, with counters synchronized with netTime one, providing reports, dashboards, and daily, weekly, and annual balances of hours worked and vacations.
The app also allows downloading reports in PDF format, giving each employee a monthly summary of their clock-ins. Additionally, mySpec includes the SPEC Virtual Card, allowing employees to clock in at a SPEC reader with Bluetooth® as if using a proximity card, and it’s compatible with mobile devices and tablets.
