With 'Pause It Pro' you can turn off disturbing app(s) whenever you feel few apps are disturbing too much and you don't even need to turn wifi/mobile data off.
Important: Make sure app you look to disable is not running in the background.
You can watch your favorite videos on youtube without distractions as only disturbing apps are having no internet connection.
