Beschreibung
This app has been designed to enable organisations to meet their ‘duty of care’ obligations by adding an additional layer of safety and security to their travellers’ trips. This app has been built with the traveller in mind and it links directly to our Overwatch travel risk management platform.
The app synchronises automatically with the Overwatch cloud platform, giving you the latest updates to your itineraries automatically. You can easily add and manage your trips and trip segments through the app and on the home screen you will always see the next trips segment, giving you instant information about what your next activities are.
The Overwatch Nucleus app downloads the latest alerts for your current location, giving you real time security and safety updates on emerging risks that could affect your trip. The home screen shows you how many new alerts have come in since you last accessed them.
The Overwatch country guides give you useful information about the countries you are visiting or might be visiting. The guides give you security and medical information, as well as alerts, weather and other useful advice.
Security check-in allows you to update Overwatch and your security team on your safety and trip progress providing reassurance that you are safe and well.
If you get into trouble you can press the SOS button. This will notify Peregrine Risk Management and security team that you have a problem. If the issue is not critical you can press the Global Security Operations Centre icon to speak to an operator, 24/7, and the team will follow a pre-defined incident cascade protocol that is bespoke and targeted to your organisation.
This app is only available to Peregrine Risk Managements customers and you must be a registered user on the Overwatch platform to enable the functionality.
