Projects Manager
Projects Manager is a comprehensive system built to help organizations manage projects and all related financial and operational activities within a single integrated platform. It supports the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and completion, while providing clear visibility and control over budgets, transactions, documents, and team responsibilities.

The system is designed for real multi-user environments where multiple users can work on the same database at the same time. Each user can be assigned a role with specific permission levels, allowing administrators to control what users can view and what actions they can perform. This helps organizations maintain security, accuracy, and accountability across teams such as project managers, accountants, engineers, and operational staff.

Projects Manager also supports a cost center structure to organize projects by departments, branches, or business units. Users are linked to a specific cost center, and the system ensures that users only see projects that belong to their own cost center. This provides structured access control and improves privacy and organization across the company.

To enhance collaboration and productivity, the built-in notification system alerts each user when items are assigned or directed to them, such as new project activities, updates, approvals, or workflow actions. Notifications help teams respond quickly, meet deadlines, and stay aligned throughout the project.

Within each project, you can manage detailed project activities such as tasks, client requests, documentation tasks, coordination tasks, risk alerts, problem reports, suggestions, and notes. Each activity supports priority levels, due dates, status tracking, user assignment, and detailed descriptions, enabling complete control of daily operations and follow-up.

The system provides strong financial control through project budgeting features that allow planning budgets across multiple categories, tracking planned amounts, paid amounts, and outstanding balances. It also includes integrated accounting capabilities to manage project invoices, expense invoices, purchases, sales, and receipts and payments, ensuring all financial movements are linked to the related project. When projects require materials tracking, inventory management is available to track stock usage and maintain accurate project material records.

Projects Manager includes powerful reporting tools to support decision-making and financial analysis. Reports cover projects, project activities, project budgets, project financial details, account statements, balances lists, and maturities (debit and credit). Reports can be viewed directly or exported to Excel for further processing and sharing.

Each primary user can create a new database dedicated to their organization, ensuring separation and privacy between different customers. The database owner can then add additional users to the same database and assign them roles, permissions, and cost centers to enable secure multi-user collaboration on the organization’s projects.

Projects Manager is ideal for organizations that need an all-in-one solution for project operations, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and team collaboration—providing structure, visibility, and full control from start to finish.
