With this app, however, simply by taking a picture of the receipt with the camera, the total amount is automatically calculated. This makes household account management faster and easier, and allows you to accurately track your daily expenses.
In business situations, the process of extracting figures from documents such as invoices, vouchers, delivery slips, and other documents and financial statements that are handled in daily business operations to produce totals can be very time-consuming, among other things such as tallying statements and accounting and finance-related matters. How to use:
(1) Simply scan documents such as invoices and financial statements with your smartphone camera to extract and total only the numerical values resulting from the scan.
(2) The following operations can be performed as needed.
-Select the range of the total (you can select the range of the read values by dragging on the screen).
-Invert plus/minus (Tap the number enclosed in a square to change the value in the following order: plus, minus, not applicable, plus...) (You can change in the order of plus, minus, not applicable, plus...)
